Nutrition & wellbeing

Regular, nutritious meals and attention to each child's health and emotional wellbeing.

Who it supports

  • Children in our care.

What the programme does

  • Provides regular, balanced meals and snacks.
  • Helps children get to clinic and health appointments when needed.
  • Pays attention to emotional wellbeing and connects children to counselling or psychosocial support where appropriate.
  • Builds healthy habits around hygiene, sleep and play.

Why it matters

Children cannot learn, play or heal on an empty stomach. Good food, health care and emotional support are the foundation for everything else.

Impact

Regular, nourishing meals and attention to health give children the energy to learn, play and recover. We report on this work in our annual reports.

Programme figures will be published here once they have been verified.
