Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people using older phones or slow connections.

Our approach

This website has been designed to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. In particular:

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to main content" link.
  • Headings, landmarks and labels are structured for screen readers.
  • Text and buttons meet colour contrast guidelines, and text can be enlarged to 200% without loss of content.
  • Forms have clear labels, instructions and error messages that are announced to assistive technology.
  • Pages work on small screens from 320 pixels wide, and respect the "reduce motion" setting.
  • Pages are lightweight so they load quickly on mobile data.

Known limitations

Some older PDF documents, such as past reports, may not be fully accessible. We publish the key information as web text wherever possible. If you need information in a different format, please ask.

Report a problem

If you find something on this website that is difficult to use, please let us know through our feedback form (choose "Website accessibility problem") or contact us. We will do our best to fix it or provide the information another way.
