Success stories
Stories of hope and progress from children and families we have walked alongside — always shared with consent and with privacy protected.
No stories published yet.
We will share stories here once they have been written with the people involved and consent has been given. We never publish invented stories or identifying details about children.
How we share children's stories
The children we care for have often been through difficult experiences. Their stories belong to them. Before we share anything, we make sure that:
- a parent or legal guardian has given written consent, and the child agrees where they are old enough to understand;
- we use a first name, initial or a different name, and say when a name has been changed;
- we leave out anything that could identify the child, such as their school, street, family details or medical and case information;
- photos never show a child in a way that is distressing or undignified, and are only used with consent;
- a story can be removed at any time if the child or family asks.
